Select the items you want to order and add them to your shopping basket. On the right hand side of the page you will find a summary of the items in your basket. Review your basket and click the ‘check-out’ button. If you have an IndiaBazaar ID already, please log in to your account or if you are new to the online IndiaBazaar Store, we will walk you through the checkout process.

Once you are logged in with your IndiaBazaar ID you can verify your order details. You will be able to make changes to your payment method, billing and shipping address, change quantities or delete items from your basket. When ready you can place your order..

Please note, if you chose CreditCard payment, do not log out of the page or use the return button while IndiaBazaar is authorising your CreditCard as this can result in order duplication. Once the system has completed the checkout, you will receive an email containing your order details.

If you may need to log out at any point there is a “log out” button located at the top right of the page.

Pending

Your order is awaiting process completion of the payment method you have chosen.

Paid not shipped

Your payment has been received and the goods are being packed for shipment.

Paid & shipped

We've shipped your order to you. If you haven't received it yet, you can track your shipment from the order status page. If you need to return your order after you receive it, please follow the simple return instructions or contact IndiaBazaar Store Customer Service.

Cancelled

Your order has been cancelled. We invite you to place a new order at IndiaBazaar Store Online or call IndiaBazaar Store Customer Service.

Returned/refunded

Your returned goods have been received and a refund will be made as per our return policy.

Action Required:
We're having trouble processing your order because it is missing important information. Please contact us to provide the necessary information and complete the order.

Can I change my payment method?

The payment method for an order cannot be amended once the order has been submitted to Indiabazaar. To choose an alternative payment method, you will need to cancel your existing order and place a new order with your preferred payment method. Please note that when cancelling credit card orders, it can take up to 3 days for the payment authorisation to be removed by your credit card company. As debit cards are charged at time of ordering, IndiaBazaar will need to process a refund if you decide to cancel your order.

Are my Credit/Debit Card details secure?

INDIABAZAAR.CO.UK IS DEDICATED TO GIVING YOU A SECURE ON-LINE BUYING EXPERIENCE.
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site, so you can have complete confidence in the security of your on-line buying experience.

Why was my credit card payment not processed?

Your credit card company may have declined authorisation to debit your card due to one of the below mentioned reasons. If such a situation arises, we will inform you of this via email:

• there may be a credit limit on your account
• the incorrect card type, number or expiry date was accidentally selected when placing the order
• there were dashes or spaces in the account number that could not be recognised
• a simple administrative step taken when the card holder is not present to sign for the transaction
• your card may be recently issued and has not yet been activated
• My credit card was declined, can I re-authorise it?

If your order was not authorised online, please confirm you have correctly entered your credit card details and place your order again. If you still have difficulties please contact your credit card company to make them aware of your order. If you have already received an order number but were informed by IndiaBazaar that your card was declined, you can request re-authorisation or enter new credit card details on the online IndiaBazaar store or contact us on 0116 2660946

Can I change my billing address?

Your billing address is the registered address that your credit card company holds. Please ensure that your billing address is correct at the time of placing your order. Once your order has been accepted by IndiaBazaar your billing address cannot be changed as it would have already been authorised by your credit card company.

If you whish to enter a new credit card and billing address you can do it  by entering the “my account” section on the IndiaBazaar site
