An alternative to the traditional South Indian, Rice-Lentil. Dosai, Rava Dosai is
made from semolina tempered sesame & cumin and fried in a flat circular shape.
Preparation:
1) Mix the contents of this Pack in 520ml water. Stir to a smooth batter and set aside for 5 mins.
2) Evenly grease a non-stick tava / griddle and heat on a medium flame. Pour 75ml batter rapidly from centre to outward edge of the tava / griddle in a circular motion about make 8 inch in diameter. (The holes will start forming in Dosai immediately on pouring, This is a sign of perfect Rava Dosai.)
3) Dot the edges of the pancake with a little oil and fry for 2 min. till golden brown. Flip the Dosai over and fry the other side for a min. Fold and remove. Repeat from step 2 for next Dosai. Serve hot with Gits instant Sambhar or coconut chutney
