Preparation:
1) Mix contents of this pack in 300ml water. Add 2tsp. finely chopped coriander leaves. Stir to a smooth batter and set aside for 10 mins.
2) Lightly grease a set of Idli moulds with oil. Stir batter gently and pour 30ml batter into each mould.
3)Boil approx. 1 litr. water in a large steaming vessel or pressure cooker. Place Idli moulds inside. Cover and steam on high heat for 15 mins. If pressure cooker is used, do not apply weight/whistle. Serve steaming hot, fluffy side up with Gits Instant Sambhar and coconut chutney. |
